Returns Policy
Hong Kong Hongtu Dingsheng Trading Limited offers a strict 14-day no-reason refund policy. A customer may return any eligible clothing item within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The 14-day period begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by the carrier's tracking system. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. The buyer completely bears all return shipping costs. Hong Kong Hongtu Dingsheng Trading Limited does not reimburse return shipping fees. Refund arrival time is at least 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. For PayPal refunds, the refund takes at least 14 days. However, local laws in some regions require up to 30 days for PayPal refunds. Return Process

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items
Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging are not returnable. Hong Kong Hongtu Dingsheng Trading Limited does not accept returns for items that fail to meet these conditions. The 14-day no-reason refund policy applies only to items that are unused and in original packaging. No specific product categories are excluded beyond this condition.
