PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Hong Kong Hongtu Dingsheng Trading Limited is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or financial institutions after refund submission.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must email [email protected] with the order number, clear photographs of the damage or defect, and a written description. If Hong Kong Hongtu Dingsheng Trading Limited approves the claim, Hong Kong Hongtu Dingsheng Trading Limited will provide a replacement or refund. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
